Shed flooding | Check Drainage around shed. In heavy rain the water around the shed may get to depth higher than the horizontal metal flashing and it will run into the shed. If this is the case dig drainage around the shed base to drain the water away before it gets too deep. | Check drainage around the shed and improve if necessary – plumber will advise, quote and fix. | Landlord |
